Three courts on sprung wooden flooring in a tall, well-lit hall, which makes this one of the better-surfaced venues in the Western Province. It is part of the wider Makro complex on Yakkala Road, sharing the site with indoor cricket, table tennis, a supermarket and a factory outlet — convenient if someone in the group would rather shop than play. At a flat LKR 700 an hour it is among the cheaper halls of this quality anywhere near the city, and you can pick a slot and pay through the arena's own booking site rather than chasing someone by phone. Two limits are worth knowing before you book: a court is priced for four players and each extra body adds LKR 100, and you cannot hold more than three consecutive hours. With only three courts, evening slots go early. It opens at eight rather than six, so it is no use for an early game, and it is a drive from the city, worth it mainly if you are already north of Kelaniya.
